Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing comprehensive test plans, identifying and tracking bugs, performing regression testing, and liaising with various internal teams to understand system requirements.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Manual Tester position brings a wealth of experience in QA testing or a similar role. Your ability to document and troubleshoot errors will be essential in this role, along with your working knowledge of test management software such as qTest or Zephyr, and SQL.
