Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the health, transformation, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

What you'll do:

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the health of our client's ServiceNow platform. You will lead platform implementation projects while ensuring the stability, availability, and security of platform components. Your expertise in developing enhancements, workflows, reports, and dashboards using platform functionality will be crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure solutions provide the best user experience.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Lead platform implementation projects, providing updates on project progress, and proactively communicating issues that may impact project success.
  • Ensure the stability, availability, and security of platform components and related applications.
  • Use platform functionality to develop enhancements, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Design new servicenow applications, integrations using various methods and data feeds.
  • Work with partners to design and implement integration/data feeds/interfaces with other systems.

What you bring:

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you bring a wealth of experience in developing enterprise software solutions. With at least 5 years' experience in ServiceNow Platform Administration under your belt, you are well-versed in GCP or AWS Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise software and solutions.
  • Minimum of 5-year experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
  • Experience with GCP or AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience with web technologies such as AJAX, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services (SOAP, REST).
  • Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL.
