Technical Architect

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join their diverse and dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to design solutions that strike the perfect balance between business needs and IT, finance, security, risk, legal, and compliance requirements.

What you'll do:

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing solutions that meet both current state and target state architecture.

• Take ownership of solution design, defining and proposing appropriate architecture based on business needs
• Conduct assessments and proof-of-concepts, providing solution options for business ideas
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure solutions align with target architecture, strategy, and technology standards
• Lead architectural activities to ensure the quality of the entire solution
• Adhere to all policies and complete all mandatory training requirements

The ideal candidate for this Architect position brings a wealth of experience from previous roles in complex IT environments.

• Experience in the role of an architect working in a complex IT environment
• Strong engineering background in software development
• Knowledge on several architecture patterns such as Domain Driven Design
• Knowledge on different Software and Data Modeling Methodologies
• Knowledge on Web Services and 12 Factor Apps
• Knowledge on Web Application Design (component-based) and Mobile Apps (native and hybrid)
• Knowledge on Containers and Container Orchestration Platforms
• Knowledge on Relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong written and communication skills (English)
• Strong stakeholder, expectation, & conflict management
