Our client is seeking a D365 F&O Functional Manager to join their team in Taguig. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in D365 F&O and ERP (FSCM) to optimise business processes, design functional solutions, and provide ongoing support for the F&O application.

What you'll do:

As a D365 F&O Functional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analysing business requirements, configuring systems, designing solutions, and providing ongoing support. Your deep understanding of D365 F&O will enable you to optimise features that streamline business processes.

  • Analyse business requirements and configure D365 F&O to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements with business objectives and processes, documenting actions and expected outcomes.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O, optimising features to improve and streamline business processes.
  • Design functional solutions, including facilitating discussions with developers and preparing functional design documents for customisations.
  • Configure and customise ERP (FSCM) to address identified needs, presenting solutions and TO-BE process models to users.
  • Prepare test scripts, conduct thorough testing, and ensure all functionalities and customisations are validated.
  • Develop user manuals tailored to customisations and provide user acceptance testing and training.
  • Perform ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the F&O application.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this D365 F&O Functional Manager position brings a wealth of experience in implementing D365 F&O as a Functional Consultant. Your industry experience has given you insight into the challenges and risks associated with application implementation, and you have a proven track record of successfully integrating systems and tools.

  • You have implementation experience in D365 F&O as Functional Consultant for at least 5 years.
  • You have industry experience and understand challenges and risks when implementing the application.
  • You have expertise in the core functionalities of F&O.
  • You have implemented a project with systems and tools integration.
  • You can work in an agile approach framework.
  • You have a good comprehension of fundamentals of accounting.
  • You have managed other functionals in an implementation project.
