What you'll do:
As an MDM Technical Lead, your role will be pivotal in shaping the technical landscape of our client's IT Data and Analytics department. You will take charge of defining the technical architecture for Master Data Management systems while ensuring their scalability, security, and performance.
- Define the technical architecture for MDM systems, including data models, workflows, and integration frameworks.
- Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes to support data flow and synchronization.
- Oversee initiatives for improving data management processes.
- Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to ensure MDM solutions meet compliance requirements.
- Monitor and optimize MDM system performance, including scalability, throughput, and response times.
- Support a data governance model that establishes and documents data creation, update guidelines and decision rights.
- Evaluate and recommend MDM tools, technologies, and enhancements to meet organizational needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM system architecture, configurations, and processes.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities with flexibility to handle complex situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science or Mathematics.
- 8+ years of experience in IT with 3-5 years in MDM implementation and technical leadership roles.
- Certifications in MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP, IBM) or related data management tools.
