PEGA Engineer

Our client is seeking a PEGA Developer who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and has a strong commitment to continuous learning and solution-oriented thinking.

What you'll do:

As a PEGA Developer, you will play an integral role in our client's IT team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, refining user stories and monitoring software in production.

• Work as a core member of a PEGA multidisciplinary, distributed and cross-functional squad
• Be involved in the entire development life cycle, from refining user stories to monitoring software in production
• Maintain close collaboration within and across squads and with consumers
• Deliver on promises while maintaining good communication lines with clients and partners
• Approach problem-solving collaboratively while bringing positive energy to the team

What you bring:

• At least two years of experience as a PEGA engineer
• Fluency in English speaking and writing and good communication skills
• Experience working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution
• Experience in Agile/Scrum/DevOps projects
• Conceptual/architectural understanding and great analytical skills
• Ability to bring all ideas/opinions to one conclusion to help make decisions
