Senior System Architect & Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior System Architect and Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and delivery of an advanced fleet management marketplace platform. Your day-to-day activities will involve partnering with both human colleagues and AI-powered tools to accelerate feature development without compromising on quality or maintainability. You will architect scalable systems that integrate seamlessly with multiple hardware vendors while establishing clear data standards across the platform. By leading full-stack development initiatives—from backend microservices to frontend interfaces—you will ensure that every component aligns with enterprise-grade performance expectations. Your responsibilities also include mentoring other developers, setting high standards for code quality, implementing robust security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in fleet operations. Success in this role means not only delivering reliable software but also contributing positively to a culture of continuous improvement where every team member’s input is valued.

• Collaborate with AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4, and GitHub Copilot to rapidly prototype and develop new features while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Establish AI-assisted development workflows designed to achieve significant productivity gains while maintaining architectural coherence across all deliverables.
• Extend meta-models and generation templates within the GO Platform to meet specific requirements for fleet management solutions.
• Design scalable system architectures capable of supporting diverse hardware providers through robust multi-vendor integration strategies.
• Create standardised data schemas and pluggable transform libraries to enable seamless integration of RTLS devices, cameras, batteries, sensors, and more.
• Lead full-stack development efforts for core marketplace functionality including partner management systems, configuration modules, and comprehensive APIs for vendor/customer integration.
• Build Azure Functions for efficient data processing and transformation as well as implement real-time data ingestion pipelines using REST, WebSocket, Azure Service Bus, or MQTT protocols.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security measures are in place along with robust error handling, monitoring systems, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor fellow developers by sharing best practices in coding standards while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and hardware partners to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
