What you'll do:

As a Mid-level Fullstack Software Engineer based in Alabang, you will immerse yourself in the full lifecycle of web-based platform development. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing robust backend workflows using Azure Functions while also crafting engaging frontend experiences with React and Next.js. You will collaborate with talented architects and UX designers to deliver secure digital journeys that are both reliable and scalable. By integrating backend logic with modern APIs and personalisation tools, you will help create seamless user experiences that delight customers across multiple industries. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality code, optimise system performance through innovative solutions like Vercel’s ISR or Edge Middleware, and maintain strong communication within cross-functional teams. You will also play an important part in ensuring system observability through analytics implementation while contributing positively during agile ceremonies such as sprint planning or code reviews.

• Take responsibility for developing and maintaining both backend services and frontend interfaces for customer engagement platforms.
• Design and implement scalable backend workflows using Azure Functions within cloud-native or serverless environments to ensure robust system performance.
• Develop intuitive user management features, notification orchestration processes, and seamless integrations with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Fabric.
• Create reusable, responsive UI components using React and Next.js with a strong emphasis on accessibility, usability, and high performance.
• Integrate backend services with frontend applications through well-structured APIs and modern personalisation tools like Uniform.dev.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security across all layers of the platform by adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences tailored to diverse user needs.
• Optimise frontend performance through advanced caching strategies, rendering techniques, and leveraging Vercel features such as Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) and Edge Middleware.
• Monitor system observability by implementing analytics solutions and improving error handling mechanisms for enhanced operational insight.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, and peer code reviews to foster a collaborative development process.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline demonstrating foundational technical knowledge.
• Proven experience working across both backend and frontend development within cloud-native architectures for scalable applications.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure Functions for backend logic alongside RESTful API design principles; familiarity with OAuth2 authentication protocols is essential.
• Solid understanding of serverless patterns as well as Azure services including Service Bus, SendGrid integration, Blob Storage management, and C# programming skills.
• Expertise in building responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js frameworks combined with TypeScript proficiency; experience with Tailwind CSS or SCSS is highly valued.
• Practical knowledge of deploying applications on Vercel while utilising its advanced features such as Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) or Edge Middleware for optimal performance.
• Experience working within event-driven architectures or composable systems that require seamless integration between multiple services or platforms.
• Awareness of accessibility standards (such as WCAG), SEO best practices for web applications, and various performance optimisation techniques relevant to large-scale deployments.
• Familiarity with headless content management systems (CMSs) like Uniform.dev or Sitecore along with personalisation platform integration experience is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with technical peers as well as non-technical stakeholders; a considerate approach towards teamwork is essential.
