- Serve as a helpful and reliable point of contact for clients during all stages of technical integration, providing guidance and support tailored to their needs.
- Participate in client meetings such as kick-offs, system walkthroughs, and coordination sessions to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding throughout the integration process.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Business, and Compliance teams to facilitate timely delivery of integration solutions that align with client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing integration workflows, proactively suggesting enhancements that benefit both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project status updates clearly to clients and internal teams, highlighting progress as well as any potential challenges or risks.
- Prepare concise reports on client integration status for various stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability at every stage.
- Assist in tracking and resolving technical requests or escalated issues from clients during and after the integration phase.
- Continuously develop expertise in company systems, integration methods, and relevant technologies through self-directed learning and formal training.
- Support the onboarding of new team members by providing overviews of team functions, structure, and organisational context.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support business needs and contribute to your own professional growth.
What you bring:
To excel as an Integration Management Specialist, you bring at least three years of relevant experience within IT or system integration environments. Your educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience demonstrating your technical aptitude. You possess excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to connect easily with both clients and colleagues. Your problem-solving abilities are complemented by strong organisational habits that help you prioritise tasks effectively even when managing competing demands. You have developed proficiency using API tools such as Postman for troubleshooting purposes. Your enthusiasm for continuous learning ensures you stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to system integrations. Above all else, your collaborative nature makes you an invaluable member of any team—always willing to share knowledge generously while supporting others’ growth.
- A foundational understanding of API concepts such as REST and JSON, along with the ability to read and interpret API documentation accurately.
- Hands-on exposure to API tools like Postman for testing or troubleshooting API functionality is required for effective performance in this role.
- A demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to system integration, setup, testing, and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience or proven aptitude for interacting professionally with clients or external partners in a technical context is essential for building trust-based relationships.
