  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable technical enhancements within ServiceNow.
  • Support large-scale projects as well as continuous improvement initiatives that align with broader IT strategy, contributing to organisational success on multiple fronts.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability of the ServiceNow environment.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in ServiceNow technology to proactively recommend upgrades or new features that enhance platform capabilities.

You possess advanced technical skills in scripting languages such as JavaScript alongside practical knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS. Your approach combines analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset—enabling you to work effectively within cross-functional teams while addressing complex integration challenges. Strong communication abilities allow you to articulate technical concepts clearly when engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A commitment to continuous learning ensures you remain up-to-date with evolving technologies relevant to ServiceNow development. Your willingness to adapt to flexible working arrangements further supports your success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence/Informatics or a related discipline is required for this role.
  • A minimum of four years’ hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), demonstrating deep familiarity with these domains.
  • Comprehensive expertise in ServiceNow modules, functionalities, architecture, and configuration is essential for success in this position.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript is necessary; additional working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and database management will be highly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating APIs and managing system integrations within complex enterprise environments is expected.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities paired with strong problem-solving skills enable you to identify root causes quickly and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are vital for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
  • An ITIL certification would be considered an advantage but is not mandatory for application.
