About the Financial Advisory - Forensic Services (eDiscovery) Role:
As the Financial Advisory - Forensic Services (eDiscovery), you will play a vital role in assisting clients and their legal counsel in the collection, preservation, and analysis of extensive and diverse data. Their primary objective is to support or challenge the facts and allegations in commercial investigations and complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in identifying, collecting, and managing electronic data in support of engagements related to electronic discovery (eDiscovery), legal support, forensic investigations, and computer forensics
• Aid in the investigation and analysis of data using forensic methodologies and commonly used tools. This includes conducting forensic analysis on laptop and desktop computer systems, servers, email servers, cloud repositories, and smart devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
• Keep detailed records of work performed and findings
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of forensic hardware and software
• Collaborate with supervisors, engagement managers, and clients, seeking guidance and following instructions regarding case investigation and project progress

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Digital Forensics, Computer Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Sound technical understanding of Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems, file systems, and networks; email systems such as Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office applications, and computer forensic tools such as EnCase and Axiom
• Sound technical understanding of computer system hardware, and storage devices, including hard drives, personal storage devices, cloud repositories and other relevant IT systems
• Able to travel for overseas engagements on a short notice period
• Strong team-oriented work ethic with a client-centric focus
• Experience with or understanding of digital forensic or eDiscovery processes and methodologies
• Experience with EnCase Forensic, Nuix and Relativity is an advantage
