What you'll do:
As the Senior Head of the Information Security Division, you will play a pivotal role in defining the overall cybersecurity strategy. - Develop and implement a strategic, long-term information security vision and operating plan to protect company data and manage risk.

- Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with the corporate strategic plan.

- Proven experience as a VP for Information Security, CISO or similar level role within information security.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management methods and technologies.
- Proficiency in developing policies that increase secure system practices guided by NIST, NERC-CIP, and ISO 27001: 2013, IEC/ISA 62443 standards and other relevant frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
