As the Head of Data Privacy Officer, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that our client's processes around personal data are compliant with all applicable data protection rules and regulations. You will take charge in developing the data privacy policy, procedures, and framework. Your role will also involve identifying necessary data protection controls to address any existing gaps in data privacy. Collaborating closely with Business Units' governance officers, you will carry out the Privacy Impact Assessment. Furthermore, you will review and enhance contracts to identify gaps in the data privacy provisions. Leading resolution of requests and complaints related to data privacy issues will also fall under your purview. Lastly, you will maintain a repository of all Data Privacy breaches.
