About the Head of Product Innovation Role:
The Head of Product Innovation has the opportunity to prototype and design amazing innovative projects to experiment and build products that will uplift our people and push the envelope on innovation for excellence and good.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively look for opportunities to improve the design and user experience of our product with a focus on multi-platform (iOS, Android)
• Establish detailed usability and design guidelines for product development based on industry best practices and competitive benchmarking
• Create and maintain a library of design and interface resources for use by product teams
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand usability concerns and areas for improvement
• Produce designs of various fidelity, ranging from sketching to mock-ups and low and high fidelity no code prototypes to MVPs
• Plan and conduct user research and usability tests, documenting, communicating, and acting upon the results
• Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer

To succeed in this Head of Product Innovation role, you must have strong background in product strategy management, reporting and metrics management, possess business acumen and knowledge of the organisation, and leadership initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in product management, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
• Possesses the following skills: need identification, portfolio strategy management, strategy formulation, new initiative development, North Star Ideation
• Must have ability to formulate short-term and long-term product vision and roadmap generation
• At least five years of collaborative experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem-solving
• Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types
• Demonstrated sensitivity to working in a political environment and to interacting with senior leadership
