About the Head of Product Management Role:
The Head of Product Management owns the overall planning, development, monitoring, and launching of products. This role is set to work with different teams from both technical and business side to ensure success of full-suite product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross collaboration across commercial and delivery teams
• Research: define customer and business needs to conceptualise new products
• Develop and advise on product roadmap and innovation funnel, translating ideas into experience demands aligned to strategic intents
• Monitor performance which includes ROI and develop improvements to address product defect issues and negative CSAT
• Develop product portfolio ensuring strategy and alignment plan across categories to maximise value and minimise cannibalisation
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the product life cycle, and confer with product staff to outline work plan

To succeed in this Head of Product Management role, you must have strong background in product management, reporting and metrics management, possess business acumen and knowledge of the organisation, and leadership initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in full-suite product management, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
• Strong background in ROI and portfolio management, running numbers and using these to monitor team and product performance
• At least five years of collaborative experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
• Ability to lead and motivate others; demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types
• Demonstrated sensitivity to working in a political environment and to interacting with senior leadership
