Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships
• Identifies, recommends, and implements new technologies and systems to improve organisational processes and decision-making.
• Approves the deployment of new technologies to enhance or develop new services and products offerings
• Devises and implements long-term strategies focused on both current and new technology that can help an organisation go to market more effectively and in turn increase revenue through technological enhancements
• Creates overall technology standards and practices and ensures adherence
• Oversees all system design and changes in system architecture
• Keeps abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

To succeed in this CTO role, you must be able to serve as consultant, advisor and account manager for any application and automation concerns.

Key Requirements:

• Deep passion for payments fintech and consumer products
• Bachelor's Degree or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Work experience as a previous CTO or Head of Engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering and six years in managing technical teams
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
• Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mind
