About the Product Owner Role:
This is a role for product management professionals who have strong background in product development particularly for financial technology products, designing and developing features for assigned product domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the features and product requirements for select digital products or channels for the company’s digital product
• Own the end-to-end product management of product features including, but not limited to, initiation of potential products, conducting ongoing market insight efforts, generating product requirements, determining specifications, development schedules and roadmap
• Coordinate with development team to assist in the overall launch and day-to-day operations of the product
• Manage the requirements coming from multiple parties including marketing, operations and external feedback such as customers

To succeed in this Product Owner role, you must have adequate experience in vendor and stakeholder management, reporting and metrics management, business acumen and knowledge of the organisation, and leadership initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Five to seven years' work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Programme Manager, Head of Product, or equivalent role required with a portfolio of product and feature releases that demonstrate well-crafted customer experiences
• In-depth understanding of the Android and iOS app development is required
• Direct experience launching solutions that integrate existing offerings with partner digital banking, credit, and payment solutions
• Strong grasp of data and analytics. Comfortable with statistical analysis and not afraid to be wrong, but adjusts rapidly to new data
• Familiarity with business goals and objectives, app KPIs and metrics, and success indicators such as MAU (Monthly Active Users), MEU (Monthly Engaged Users), Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Resurrection, and Churn
