About the Product Designer Role:

This is a role responsible for the user interface and user experience of the company's main digital app. The Product Designer creates the end-to-end flow of new products and features of the app, conducts user insight gathering methods, helps create mockups of not just the app but of app representation for ad assets, and ensuring that each design released publicly (app, website, social media) respects and follows the brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the features and product requirements for select digital products or channels for the company’s digital product
• Responsible for developing and gathering business requirements, solution design, user story writing, and conceptualisation of user journeys and UI/UX
• Own the end-to-end product design management including, but not limited to, initiation of potential product designs, conducting ongoing market insight efforts, generating product requirements, determining specifications, development schedules and roadmap
• Coordinate with development team to assist in the overall launch and day-to-day operations of the product
• Manage the requirements coming from multiple parties including marketing, operations and external feedback such as customers

To succeed in this Product Designer role, you must have adequate experience in vendor and stakeholder management, reporting and metrics management, business acumen and knowledge of the organisation, and leadership initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Three to five years' work experience as UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role required
• Skilled in advanced design thinking, product design, user interface design, and user experience design
• Knowledgeable on various design planning methodologies
• Experience in using Figma, Invision, Sketch, and similar designing apps
• Work experience in a bank, financial app, and/or FinTech app is good to have
• In-depth understanding of the Android and iOS app development is an advantage
• Experience working as part of Agile team (Scrum and/or Kanban) is a plus
