- Mastery of process mapping, diagramming and visualization using various tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively (around 5 analysts)
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
