Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is an integral part of the lending business team, which oversees all lending-related operations and services for Commercial Business. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including project management, stakeholder management, business requirement delivery, and process resolution.
What you'll do:
As a Digital Business Analyst in the Lending Business sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects using your expertise as a business/data analyst. You will work closely with diverse personalities across various hubs and manage internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be building out and delivering business requirements, streamlining business processes, and resolving business constraints. You will also ensure that data is readily available in real-time for clients, colleagues, and regulators.
- Manage stakeholders by providing timely updates regarding progress, impediments, and priorities.
- Ensure business requirements are translated and managed via the backlog through user stories.
- Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear.
- Communicate clearly with key stakeholders across the domain to develop a roadmap defined by product backlog for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to achieve optimal results and understand backlog prioritisation.
- Utilise Cognos, SQL or related skillset to provide timely reports to stakeholders.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Digital Business Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in project management within the lending - risk and finance domain. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or any related field. She has hands-on experience with Loan IQ application and understands how to navigate organisational changes strategically. Her background includes working in a data-driven IT organisation where she honed her skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
- Experience in Project Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis (Agile or Waterfall)
- Experience in Lending – Risk and Finance domain
- Experience/Knowledge in Loan IQ application is required
- Understanding of organisational changes and ability to translate what needs to be done strategically
- Concrete experience with working in a data and IT driven organisation
