What you'll do:

• Manage escalations efficiently by collaborating with Technical Leads and Managers to resolve issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Report directly to the Delivery Manager while working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure robust governance across all projects.
• Drive continuous process improvements aimed at enhancing project delivery standards and optimising workflows for better outcomes.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as portfolio on-time delivery rates, client Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and overall team productivity to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Facilitate open communication between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to guarantee alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Champion best practices in cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies throughout the project lifecycle to maximise efficiency and quality.
