Project Manager

A leading healthcare company in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to join their Transformation Team in Makati.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex transformation projects from initiation through closure, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, objectives, milestones, resource allocation, and success metrics aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate extensively with leaders and teams across health services, IT, finance, operations, provider management, and other key functions to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and executive updates to maintain alignment among stakeholders and drive progress towards shared objectives.
• Establish robust governance structures and reporting cadences to monitor project performance against KPIs while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to safeguard successful project outcomes.
• Prepare clear status reports and dashboards for senior leadership and steering committees to provide transparency on progress and challenges.
• Ensure thorough documentation throughout each phase of the project lifecycle for auditability and knowledge sharing.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives by maintaining strong oversight over resources, priorities, and interdependencies.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices for future transformation efforts.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Engineering or any related field demonstrating your academic foundation for effective project management.
• At least 5 years’ proven experience managing complex projects or programmes within the healthcare or health insurance (HMO) industry, ideally involving digital transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in environments requiring close collaboration between cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, operations or provider management.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with meticulous planning skills enabling you to develop detailed roadmaps while anticipating potential challenges along the way.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies are preferred as they reflect your commitment to best practice standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels—from technical experts through to senior executives.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously without compromising attention to detail or quality of outcomes.
• Comfortable operating within hybrid work environments—balancing on-site presence in Makati with remote collaboration as needed for optimal productivity.
