Project Manager – Healthcare Transformation

We are hiring multiple Project Managers to support a large-scale transformation program within a leading Healthcare / HMO organization. These roles will manage end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Health Services, Digital Transformation, Finance Systems, and Core Policy Administration platforms.

This is an opportunity to drive enterprise-wide impact in a regulated healthcare environment undergoing modernization and digital innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation to post-implementation)

  • Drive delivery of cross-functional transformation programs across:

    • Health Services operations

    • Digital Customer platforms (mobile app, portals, self-service)

    • Digital Client & Provider systems

    • Finance transformation initiatives

    • Policy Administration System upgrades or core system modernization

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans

  • Manage stakeholders across IT, Operations, Finance, Medical Services, and external vendors

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable plans

  • Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance alignment

  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks

  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and financials

  • Drive adoption and change management across business units


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments

  • Experience delivering large-scale system implementations or digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams

  • Experience working in regulated industries (Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services preferred)

  • Exposure to:

    • Policy Administration Systems

    • ERP / Finance systems

    • Digital platforms (web/mobile)

    • Claims or healthcare operations systems (strong plus)

  • Vendor management experience

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus

  • Comfortable managing ambiguity

  • Able to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders

  • Strong executive communication skills
