An exciting Business Analyst Manager (KYC - Banking) job opportunity has opened up at a leading digital bank in the Philippines.
About the Business Analyst Manager (KYC - Banking) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be involved in global KYC and digitalisation projects while performing strategic decisions and managing other Business Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to key stakeholders and coordinate with product owners in the execution of projects
- Manage high-level business analysis tasks, elicitation of requirements, documentation, and implementation of key projects
- Monitor the quality and performance of you team, and is actively involved in the creation of stories and features of the team
- Ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are met for all stakeholders under your team
The successful Business Analyst Manager (KYC - Banking) must have proven experience in high-level projects and is able to exhibit strong people management skills.
Key Requirements:
- 10 - 12 years of proven experience in business analysis
- Must have people management/line management experience (mentoring, coaching, managing allocated resources)
- Highly experienced within an Agile environment
- Proven experience in driving initiatives with high impact
- Excellent communicator and capable of driving strategic decisions
- Nice to have: KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Risk and Governance exposure within the Banking and Financial Services Industry
