Director, AI Solutions Delivery (Mandarin)
We are looking for a commercially-minded Director, AI Solutions Delivery & Commercial Strategy to own the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning to deployment, value realization, and revenue continuity. You must be comfortable operating in a build-and-transform environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales & Commercial Structuring

Lead technical discovery and scope definition for clients in the Philippine market, identifying delivery risks before contract signing.

Translate local business problems into AI workflow solutions.

Define success metrics tied to measurable business impact.

Support pricing logic based on effort and value.
End-to-End Delivery Ownership

Own implementation roadmap from kickoff to go-live for Philippine clients.

Manage cross-functional resources including product, engineering, and operations.

Control scope creep with commercial awareness.

Drive stakeholder alignment at executive level.

Deliver on time without margin erosion.
Value Realisation & Strategic QBRs

Translate solution performance into business ROI.

Explain under-performance using structured root-cause logic and propose optimization.

Drive adoption strategy beyond training sessions.

Protect and expand share-of-wallet.
Revenue Continuity & Expansion

Build renewal defense strategy early through consistent solution value justification and countering competitive dilution.

Identify up-sell and cross-sell triggers.

Align roadmap to long-term commercial objectives.
Product Feedback Loop

Bridge client reality and product roadmap; capture client patterns and feed into product iteration.

Identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) refinement opportunities.

Operate as voice of customer at strategic level.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

5–10 years in SaaS/AI/tech-enabled enterprise delivery in the Philippine market.

Demonstrated ownership of complex solution deployment.

Experience in both presales and post-sales lifecycle.

Proven ability to defend scope commercially.

Strong executive communication.
-
Structured problem solver (MECE thinking).

Revenue-aware and commercially instinctive.

Comfortable operating without playbook in high-growth environment.

Fluency in Mandarin is required for engaging with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Onsite work based in Manila (Philippines).
