What you'll do:

As an IT Delivery Manager based in Pasig, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of guiding three essential streams—Project Management, Business Analysis (including Scrum Masters), and Quality Assurance—to achieve exceptional business outcomes. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing strategies that unify these functions under modern Agile and hybrid frameworks. You will work closely with Team Leaders who manage subject matter experts in each stream. • Develop and implement cohesive strategies for delivery and quality across Quality Assurance, ensuring alignment with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
• Contribute governance practices and frameworks that promote consistency and repeatability through playbooks, standards, and reusable patterns.
• Champion scalable tools, automation initiatives, metrics tracking, and emerging technologies such as GenAI to drive operational excellence.
• Lead teams of QA analysts/engineers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts by providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage team workload to meet project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Establish robust relationships with Activity Managers to ensure open feedback loops on team performance are maintained.
• Shape a collaborative team culture focused on delivering value through co-creation and learning opportunities.
• Oversee planning and execution of testing and delivery activities across multiple projects and persistent teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, quality criteria, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain clear visibility into delivery risks, resourcing needs, escalations, and outcomes; intervene or lead high-impact initiatives when necessary.

What you bring:

To excel as an IT Delivery Manager in this organisation based in Pasig you will bring extensive experience leading diverse teams across Quality Assurance, Project Management and Business Analysis. Your background should include at least seven years within the technology delivery sector—with three years spent in leadership roles—where you have demonstrated your ability to unify cross-functional groups towards common goals. A deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall/Hybrid) is essential alongside proven stakeholder engagement skills spanning executive leaders through product managers to engineering teams. Your interpersonal strengths will shine as you coach others for performance improvement while managing resource allocation effectively. Experience gained from enterprise digital transformation projects or exposure to federated/shared service models will set you apart; similarly familiarity with platforms like Workday or Azure DevOps adds further value. • Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including Quality Assurance professionals, Project Managers, and Business Analysts over several years.
• At least seven years’ experience in the technology delivery industry with a minimum of three years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Deep understanding of delivery frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with strong communication abilities across executive leadership, product management, and engineering domains.
• Demonstrated track record in team leadership including resource allocation, coaching for performance improvement, and managing career development pathways.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects or shared services/federated business models is highly desirable.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Workday, Middleware solutions, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow would be advantageous.
• Background in product development coupled with curiosity about emerging technologies especially AI-driven delivery automation is preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related fields are required; certifications in Agile (SAFe/Scrum Master/Product Owner), ISTQB or PMP are highly valued.
• Desirable: Familiarity with GenAI applications or cloud-native delivery environments.
