What you'll do:

As Senior Business Development Manager – Healthcare Technology, you will be instrumental in driving growth across the Philippines by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with senior decision makers, understanding their unique challenges, and presenting tailored AI-powered solutions that streamline clinical workflows.   • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by owning every stage of the business development cycle from prospecting and pitching through contracting, negotiations, and closing against ambitious targets.
  • Expand market share by securing group-level agreements with major healthcare providers and pharmaceutical organisations.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities through outbound engagement while also qualifying and converting inbound leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to healthcare leaders, helping them reimagine workflows and transform patient care through advanced AI automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to share market insights that refine product–market fit and ensure seamless handovers after contract closure.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and forums to build visibility, foster trust within the digital health community, and position yourself as a knowledgeable voice in healthcare technology.

  • Existing senior-level network with key decision makers including CEOs, CMOs, Medical Directors, Heads of IT, and Procurement within the healthcare sector that enables immediate access to strategic contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to own annual revenue/ARR targets and close enterprise-level deals that drive significant business outcomes.
  • Track record of building upon existing relationships to expand revenue streams through thoughtful engagement and dependable service.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset marked by resilience; comfortable introducing innovative solutions in an evolving marketplace while developing processes from scratch.
  • Self-starter who thrives under high accountability in a supportive startup environment focused on collaboration and shared success.
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through persuasive presentations, effective negotiations, and clear written correspondence in both Tagalog and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams including product development and delivery units to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
