Email Marketing Manager

An organization is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead B2B email marketing initiatives, providing strategic campaign guidance, team leadership, and performance optimization while ensuring compliance with global email and privacy regulations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of B2B email marketing campaigns.

• Manage and mentor the email marketing team, building capabilities and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Monitor campaign performance, conduct statistical analysis, and implement A/B testing frameworks to improve engagement and ROI.

• Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and global email/privacy regulations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate email marketing strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives.

• Act as an individual contributor while fostering team growth and strategic thinking within the function.

What you bring:

• 3–5 years of managerial or team leadership experience (non-negotiable).

• Strong experience in B2B email marketing and digital marketing campaign management.

• Technical knowledge of email deliverability, SMTP setup, privacy regulations, and campaign performance analysis.

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and email marketing platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strategic thinking, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
