This company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Head to lead their team in developing comprehensive channel strategies and business building programs. This role is pivotal in driving year-on-year growth for key brands across Out-Of-Home (OOH) Channels and E-commerce nationwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and leading the Food Service team, ensuring best practices are followed in all areas of sales, trade marketing, and management disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment.

Expand the Food Service channel in driving brand growth across various channels
Coach and lead the Food Service team towards achieving business and financial objectives
What you'll do: As the Food Service Head, you will play a crucial role in developing the overall channel strategy through business building programmes that deliver consistent growth. You will be responsible for expanding the Food Service channel, driving brand growth across Out-Of-Home (OOH) Channels (Hotels, Restaurants, QSRs, Offices, Canteens, Transport, etc.) and E-commerce Channel nationwide. Your leadership skills will be essential in coaching and leading the FS team towards achieving set KPIs. Your responsibilities will also include sales planning, trade development, expansion planning, overseeing new product launches, managing overall market presence and preparing monthly marketing reports.
Champion best practices and effective execution of activities in sales planning, trade development, expansion planning, integrated sales and marketing plans
Oversee new product launches, market intelligence monitoring, company and product knowledge dissemination
Manage overall food service market presence including distribution and merchandising
Handle management and renewal of client/account contracts
Achieve agreed sales and distribution objectives by effectively managing the Food Service sales team
Manage trade relations with top key accounts specifically decision makers
Prepare monthly marketing and food service reports providing project updates
What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Food Service Head position brings a wealth of experience from the FMCG sector. You possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record in business planning and marketing. Your analytical skills are top-notch and you have an energetic personality that inspires your team. You are systematic, collaborative, logical, and reliable. Your in-depth knowledge of the FS market and established FS customer network will be crucial to your success in this role. Experience handling distributors and Key Accounts is a must. You are a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and is willing to travel nationwide.
Bachelor's degree holder in any related fields with 6 - 10 years' experience in FMCG
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other basic programmes supporting work requirements
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in business planning and marketing
Excellent analytical skills with an energetic personality
Systematic approach to tasks with excellent communication and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of the FS market with established FS Customer network
Experience handling distributors and Key Accounts
