Treasury Manager

What you'll do:

As Treasury Manager, you will be at the heart of the organisation’s financial operations in Makati City. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of cash flow planning across three entities. Your proactive approach to identifying process improvements will help drive greater accuracy and reliability within the treasury function. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to the organisation’s ongoing success by safeguarding liquidity and supporting growth initiatives.

• Oversee daily cash flow management for three separate entities, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently to meet operational requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing credit lines, including monitoring utilisation and negotiating terms with banking partners.
• Supervise a team of four treasury staff and one cashier, fostering an environment of cooperation and shared responsibility.
• Coordinate with production and importation teams to forecast cash needs related to manufacturing cycles and international purchases.
• Manage FOREX transactions, minimising risk exposure while supporting the company’s import activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all treasury activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with banks, negotiating favourable terms for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
• Prepare regular reports on liquidity positions, cash forecasts, and treasury performance for senior management review.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the treasury function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support ad hoc projects related to treasury operations as required by leadership.

What you bring:

To excel as Treasury Manager in this role, you will bring substantial hands-on experience from previous treasury positions where you managed complex cash flows—ideally within organisations involved in production or importation. • Demonstrated experience in treasury management within a corporate setting, ideally involving multiple business entities or subsidiaries.
• Proven track record of managing cash flows in environments with significant production or importation activities.

• Experience building productive relationships with banks and negotiating credit facilities or similar financial arrangements.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate a small team towards shared goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail when preparing reports or reviewing transaction records.
• Effective communication abilities for liaising with internal stakeholders across departments as well as external partners such as banks.
• Comfortable working on site every day in Makati City as part of a collaborative finance team environment.
