Financial Reporting Manager

Overall responsible for timely uploading of reports in IDL and submission of month-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy of balances. Supports Legal Entities in year-end audits and addresses related queries. Recommends process improvements, reports ERP issues, and leads, trains, and supervises the team. Monitors productivity, attendance, and conducts YE appraisals. Communicates key matters to the Head of Shared Services affecting team performance.

• Minimum 10 years financial accounting experience with relevant experience in supervising a team
• Certified Public Accountant
• Experience of group reporting, consolidation and financial analysis within a medium to large global company
• Demonstrated month-end reporting experience and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Highly capable communicator both verbal and written as the position requires dealing with management and auditors.
• Problem solver with ability to deliver process improvements within the team.
• Ability to manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
• Have a mindset of Continuous Improvement and a passion to contribute to change.
• Computer literacy, especially advanced MS Excel skills.
• Show energy, initiative and proven ability to think and act independently and take ownership of the role and achieving goals.
