About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing & Execution

• Execute core billing-to-settlement activities, including:
• Processing billing data inputs
• Generating self-billing invoices and supporting documentation
• Preparing payment files and associated outputs
• Ensure all activities are completed accurately and in line with defined timelines

Reconciliation & Data Integrity

• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations, including:
• Bank and payment reconciliations
• Matching billing outputs to payment data
• Identify and flag discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution or escalation

Controls & Compliance

• Execute defined control steps, including:
• Data validation checks
• Checklist completion
• Process adherence
• Operate within a structured control environment, ensuring consistency and auditability
• Escalate exceptions, risks, or unusual items to the Lead

Query Management & Service Delivery

• Respond to internal and external queries within agreed service levels
• Liaise with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Provide clear and accurate communication to stakeholders

Continuous Improvement Support

• Identify process inefficiencies, errors, or recurring issues
• Provide feedback to support process improvement and automation initiatives
• Contribute to the shift toward exception-based and system-led processing

Who you are:

• Experience in finance operations, billing, or payment processing environments
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Experience working with:
• Structured data and Excel-based tools
• Multiple systems and process workflows
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with consistency
• Good communication skills and ability to manage queries effectively
• Understanding of basic financial controls and reconciliation processes
