About the Role

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Process Ownership

• Own the billing-to-settlement lifecycle from data intake through to payment and reconciliation
• Standardise processes across regions, ensuring clear accountability and consistency
• Maintain robust process documentation and operating standards

Financial Control & Governance

• Design and operate a fit-for-purpose control framework covering approvals, reconciliations, and data integrity
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing outputs and payments
• Act as escalation point for high-risk or complex issues

Automation & Process Transformation

• Lead the transition from manual and macro-based processes to system-driven workflows
• Partner with Transformation and Technology teams to enable automation and reduce manual intervention
• Simplify and optimise the end-to-end process

Offshore Delivery & Operational Performance

• Define and manage a scalable offshore delivery model
• Ensure high-quality execution across billing, payment preparation, and reconciliations
• Monitor performance against SLAs and drive continuous improvement

Stakeholder Integration & Insight

• Act as the single point of accountability across billing, finance, and operational teams
• Manage upstream inputs and downstream dependencies effectively
• Track and report performance, using data to drive improvements in accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency

Who you are:

• Strong experience in billing, revenue operations, or finance operations environments
• Deep understanding of:
• Self-billing models
• Payment processes
• Reconciliation and financial control
• Experience working in complex, multi-system, high-volume environments
• Proven ability to lead process transformation and automation initiatives
• Experience managing or working with offshore delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic (design) and operational (delivery) levels
