• Establish robust internal controls and guidelines governing all accounting transactions as well as budget preparation processes to safeguard organisational assets.
• Oversee the timely preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and fund requests to support informed decision-making across departments.
• File quarterly and annual corporate tax returns in accordance with applicable regulations to maintain full compliance with government requirements.
• Audit accounts regularly to ensure adherence to government regulations; coordinate with external auditors during annual audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Present thoughtful recommendations to management regarding both short- and long-term financial objectives and policies based on thorough analysis.
