What you'll do:

As Finance and Administration Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk mitigation, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. • Lead the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies, ensuring timely delivery to senior leadership.
• Produce management accounts and detailed financial performance reports that provide actionable insights for business planning and operational improvement.
• Analyze financial results by identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for enhancement while presenting recommendations that support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with departmental managers during the annual budgeting process to develop robust budgets and maintain rolling forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor departmental expenditure against approved budgets, recommending corrective actions when necessary to ensure fiscal responsibility across all functions.
• Oversee daily cash flow management, working capital optimization, accounts payable and receivable processes, as well as treasury activities to maintain financial stability.
• Maintain effective internal controls that safeguard the integrity of financial information while identifying opportunities to improve cash flow and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations, taxation requirements, statutory reporting obligations, and company policies through diligent oversight and governance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits by liaising with auditors and implementing audit recommendations promptly to uphold transparency and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments such as HR, Sales, Operations, Procurement; manage external partnerships with banks, insurance providers, government agencies; lead the finance team by coaching and developing staff for high performance.

What you bring:

To excel as Finance and Administration Manager you will bring proven experience from five to ten years in financial management or accounting roles—ideally within organizations undergoing growth or transformation. Your background includes at least two years in leadership positions where you have successfully managed audits, statutory compliance requirements and taxation matters.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is required for this position.
• Master's Degree or MBA qualification is advantageous for candidates seeking further career progression.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is preferred for demonstrating advanced expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation laws and financial regulations is essential for compliance.
• Excellent skills in financial analysis including budgeting and forecasting are vital for informed decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel—covering financial modelling techniques such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP—is required for efficient reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems or cloud-based accounting software enhances operational efficiency within finance teams.
• Commercial awareness combined with analytical abilities enables identification of cost-saving initiatives and profitability improvements.
• Outstanding communication skills allow clear presentation of complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders across departments.
