What you'll do:

As Billing Services Manager you will be responsible for guiding a talented team through all aspects of the invoicing process.

• Lead, coach, and nurture the Billing Services team to achieve operational objectives while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
• Manage team performance by setting clear goals, priorities, and strategies aligned with organisational objectives, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create tailored development plans for each team member to encourage their growth.
• Support recruitment activities including onboarding new staff members, facilitating training sessions, and promoting ongoing employee development within the team.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of invoices to customers in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor daily invoicing operations proactively resolving any issues impacting billing accuracy or timeliness while maintaining proper records and documentation.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of billing information within invoicing and financial systems by implementing controls to minimise errors or discrepancies.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing inquiries; build strong relationships with local finance teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal customers.
