- Monitor invoicing procedures, collections efforts, and reconciliation of customer accounts to maintain healthy financial relationships.
- Coordinate closely with Singapore headquarters to align billing practices and reporting standards across regions.
- Support HR setup by managing payroll administration, benefits programs, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
