  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that meet both Philippine regulatory requirements and Singapore HQ standards.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, audit processes, and forecasting activities to support sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws, corporate governance policies, and statutory requirements for all financial activities.
  • Implement effective billing systems and processes that are aligned with company policies to facilitate smooth revenue management.
  • Monitor invoicing procedures, collections efforts, and reconciliation of customer accounts to maintain healthy financial relationships.
  • Coordinate closely with Singapore headquarters to align billing practices and reporting standards across regions.
  • Support HR setup by managing payroll administration, benefits programs, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

What you bring:

Your proven track record as a Finance Manager equips you with the technical expertise needed for this multifaceted role. You bring deep familiarity with accounting principles as well as practical experience navigating Philippine tax laws and labour regulations. Your proficiency extends beyond finance into HR functions—demonstrating your capacity for collaboration across departments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required; CPA qualification is preferred for this position.
  • At least five years of experience in finance management within multinational or startup environments demonstrates your ability to adapt to diverse business settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, labor regulations, and corporate compliance requirements ensures you can navigate complex legal frameworks effectively.
  • Experience handling HR functions alongside finance responsibilities highlights your versatility and collaborative nature.
  • Excellent communication skills enable you to connect seamlessly with colleagues at Singapore headquarters as well as local teams.
