Enjoy a supportive environment that values your expertise, encourages professional growth, and offers flexible working opportunities to help you balance your career and personal life.

What you'll do:

As Finance Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of finance operations in a dynamic multinational setting. Your day-to-day activities will involve close monitoring of cash flow, preparing detailed financial reports for both internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities, managing banking relationships including loans and investments, as well as supporting the management team with data-driven insights. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring robust internal controls are maintained throughout all processes.

  • Oversee all aspects of accounting and finance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and strict adherence to local accounting principles as well as company policies.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for audit purposes and submit them accurately to head office, stakeholders, and relevant government bodies.
  • Support the management team by providing insightful financial perspectives on key business issues and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all reporting requirements are met with correct supporting documents and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage loans, forward contracts, and credit lines efficiently to minimise financial costs while maintaining compliance with hedging policies.
  • Maintain local exposure within prescribed limits according to company hedging policy guidelines.
  • Track all expenses and capital expenditures (CAPEX) diligently to ensure they remain within approved budgets.
  • Implement effective internal control processes aligned with international standards, local regulations, and company procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax issues, ensuring timely preparation of financial statements (FS), income tax returns (ITR), and compliance with BIR and other LGU reporting requirements.

What you bring:

Proven experience from both audit firms and multinational companies where you have developed deep expertise in accounting practices, internal audits, management reporting, and regulatory compliance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from a reputable university is required for this role.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is considered a significant advantage but not mandatory.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience gained from an audit firm is essential for building foundational skills in this area.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in general accounting, internal audit or management reporting—preferably within a multinational company environment—is expected.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with experience using SUN System or similar ERP platforms as well as HFM reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statement (FS) preparation, income tax return (ITR) filing processes, BIR regulations, and other LGU reporting requirements is necessary.
  • Familiarity with corporate banking processes including investment management adds value to your candidacy.
  • Excellent computer skills across Microsoft Office applications are required for efficient workflow management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to function effectively under pressure while consistently delivering results on time is important for this position.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities combined with strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for successful collaboration across teams.
