A leading global organisation is seeking a Finance and Accounting Supervisor to join their team in Muntinlupa. What you'll do:

As a Finance and Accounting Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s financial operations across multiple areas.

  • Assist with financial operations including taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, financial risk management, financial reporting, and compliance activities to ensure organisational efficiency.
  • Support the Finance and Administration Manager in implementing best practices in financial management that maximise organisational growth.
  • Prepare Monthly Management Reports with accuracy and attention to detail for internal review.
  • Conduct Financial Analysis of Monthly Results to provide strategic insights into business performance.
  • Submit strategic data regularly to Corporate headquarters in accordance with established timelines.
  • Prepare Accounts Schedules and liaise effectively with Auditors and Tax agents for seamless audit processes.
  • Assist in preparing management reports comparing actuals against business plans and budgets as required by leadership.
  • Supervise Team Leaders and Finance & Accounting staff by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
  • Review invoices received and payments made to suppliers ensuring completeness and accuracy at every stage.
  • Review billing completeness for customers to maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in liaising with customs officials and various government agencies on company matters related to finance and administration.
  • Be accountable for the seamless delivery of reception & front-of-house functions as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Oversee physical infrastructure including premises, equipment, and asset management to support operational excellence.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in managing finance teams within multinational settings. You possess deep knowledge of accounting principles such as accruals, reconciliations, general ledger entries along with sound understanding of taxation requirements.

  • Degree in Accounting is required; CPA qualification is preferred
  • Minimum five to eight years’ experience working in a finance supervisory role within an international or multinational environment
  • Proactive approach towards problem-solving coupled with self-motivation
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations, general ledger journals
  • Good understanding of taxation principles
  • Well-presented demeanour paired with strong communication skills
  • Sound employee management experience
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining dependability
  • Prior experience working within multinational corporations (MNCs)
