- Ensure all audit activities, documents, and reports are completed accurately and submitted on time to meet statutory and internal deadlines.
- Reconcile differences between statutory accounts and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounts, documenting findings in the accounting system for transparency.
- Manage final accounts, working files, document storage on SharePoint, and oversee physical archiving requirements to maintain strong financial control.
- Stay current on regulatory changes impacting assigned entities to ensure compliance with evolving standards and practices.
- Own the month-end process including full end-to-end Profit and Loss ownership, balance sheet analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of accurate accounting entries within established deadlines.
- Conduct regular balance sheet reviews to validate assets and liabilities with supporting schedules for robust financial accuracy.
