Treasury Manager

What you'll do:

As Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of treasury activities within the organisation. You will be at the forefront of managing critical banking relationships across multiple legal entities—overseeing everything from account administration to compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of four treasury professionals by providing guidance, support, and development opportunities aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage strong working relationships with banking partners across three legal entities, ensuring compliance with all covenants and internal controls while negotiating terms as needed.
• Oversee bank account administration including KYC/AML requirements, service agreements, and performance monitoring to maintain optimal banking operations.
• Handle all aspects of loan facility management such as credit facilities, term loans, working capital lines, drawdown requests, rollovers, interest payments, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate the setup of new banking loan facilities by managing documentation requirements and securing necessary internal approvals.
• Execute and monitor foreign exchange transactions to manage currency exposure effectively while ensuring competitive pricing in collaboration with banking partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and accounting for FX deals within SAP to guarantee transparency and compliance.
• Supervise daily cash operations including liquidity monitoring, fund transfers, positioning activities, and approval of treasury-related entries in SAP.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts as well as budgets to inform strategic decision-making across the business.
• Identify gaps in existing treasury processes by designing new workflows for improved efficiency; develop custom templates or dashboards to enhance reporting quality; collaborate with IT and Finance teams to automate repetitive tasks.

What you bring:

To excel as Treasury Manager in this organisation, you will bring a wealth of practical experience spanning all facets of treasury operations—from cash forecasting through loan facility management to foreign exchange execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline providing solid academic grounding for this managerial position.
• 8–10 years’ progressive experience within treasury functions or corporate finance roles—including at least three years spent supervising teams or projects within these domains.
• Extensive background managing banking relationships (including negotiation), loan facilities (from setup through compliance), as well as foreign exchange operations (execution through documentation).
• Demonstrated expertise in cash forecasting techniques as well as comprehensive understanding of loan agreements and foreign exchange principles gained through extensive experience.
• A proven track record thriving in deadline-driven environments where adaptability is crucial for success.
• Deep familiarity with SAP or similar ERP platforms—especially modules related directly to treasury management or finance—enabling seamless integration between systems.
