Balik Bayan Success Story: Alyza

Alyza Mae Arellano previously worked as a finance executive for an airline company in Malaysia for three years. With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting everyone globally, she then made her decision to return home to the Philippines to be closer to her family.

Aside from seeing her family, Alyza also wanted to give back to her country, and share the skills and knowledge she has honed while working abroad.

There were some considerations in the job that Alyza was looking for. Besides securing a job that fits her current credentials, she also desires a company that offers flexibility in work arrangements, and can match her previous remuneration package.
