What you'll do:

As a Procurement Manager Marketing based in BGC, Taguig, you will play an integral part in orchestrating the seamless flow of marketing materials from concept through delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close coordination with both internal teams—such as Marketing, Creatives, Logistics—and external partners like printing houses or fabricators. You will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers who can deliver high-quality POSM and branded assets within tight deadlines while keeping costs under control. By managing RFQ/RFP processes and negotiating contracts effectively, you will ensure that every campaign is supported by timely material deployment. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you oversee sample reviews and pre-production approvals to maintain brand consistency. Additionally, you will monitor budgets meticulously and prepare reports for key stakeholders while identifying areas for process improvement within procurement workflows.   • Oversee the complete procurement and production lifecycle for both permanent and temporary Point-of-Sale materials as well as branded marketing assets, ensuring each stage aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage a network of suppliers including printing houses, fabricators, display manufacturers, and other production vendors to guarantee reliable service delivery.
  • Lead requests for quotations (RFQs) and proposals (RFPs), conduct supplier bidding processes, negotiate pricing structures, and participate in contract discussions to secure optimal terms.
  • Balance cost efficiency with quality assurance by monitoring production schedules closely and ensuring all materials are delivered on time to stores or partner locations.
  • Coordinate artwork requirements, production timelines, and delivery schedules with internal stakeholders to support smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance such as DTI permit processing when required for marketing campaigns to ensure all activities meet legal standards.
  • Build long-term relationships with suppliers by conducting regular evaluations based on quality, service levels, pricing competitiveness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify new suppliers to enhance innovation potential, scalability of operations, and cost effectiveness while maintaining robust records of contracts and procurement documentation.
  • Monitor budgets for procurement activities related to marketing materials; identify savings opportunities without compromising on quality or brand integrity.
  • Collaborate extensively with Marketing, POS, Creatives, Logistics, and Operations teams to understand campaign needs and provide expert recommendations on suppliers and production lead times.

  • Proven background in marketing procurement or POSM production—especially involving printing or advertising materials is highly desirable for this role.
  • Strong familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes along with hands-on experience in vendor negotiations ensures effective contract management.
  • Knowledge of print production processes including materials selection and fabrication methods is considered an advantage for overseeing technical aspects of projects.
