As a Junior Relationship Manager in corporate banking based in Makati, you will play a vital role in supporting the team’s efforts to nurture long-lasting partnerships with clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs. You will be responsible for assisting with onboarding processes, preparing detailed reports, responding to queries with sensitivity, and participating in initiatives that foster communal growth. * Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients by providing attentive service and understanding their unique needs.
* Assist senior relationship managers in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
* Support the onboarding process for new corporate clients by coordinating documentation and facilitating smooth transitions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services tailored to each client’s requirements.
* Monitor client accounts regularly, identifying opportunities for further engagement or improvement in service delivery.
* Respond promptly to client inquiries, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while resolving issues efficiently.
* Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute ideas for enhancing client satisfaction.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate banking products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
* Assist in organising client events or seminars aimed at strengthening business relationships and promoting communal growth.
* Prepare periodic reports on client activity, feedback, and relationship progress for review by senior management.
