What you'll do:
As a Senior Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking, you will play a pivotal role in building bridges between the institution and its most valued corporate clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve connecting with new prospects, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the organisation’s commitment to empathy, dependability, and excellence. You’ll spend time collaborating with colleagues across departments to share insights about client needs, participate in ongoing training programmes that keep you up-to-date on industry developments, and contribute your expertise towards shaping relationship management strategies. - You will manage marketing activities for the Corporate Banking business, focusing on engaging top local corporate clients through considerate communication and tailored solutions.
- You will establish new banking relationships by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering empathetic guidance throughout the onboarding process.
- You will monitor existing client accounts closely, ensuring that all interactions are handled with sensitivity and attention to detail to maintain trust and loyalty.
- You will maintain ongoing banking relationships by providing dependable support, responding promptly to inquiries, and addressing concerns with warmth and professionalism.
