What you'll do:


As Vice President, Client Coverage and Credit Management, you will play a central role in shaping the direction of client engagement strategies while ensuring the highest standards of credit quality are maintained. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building trusted relationships with both existing clients and new prospects through thoughtful business development efforts. You will oversee all facets of investment banking activity—ranging from capital raising to M&A advisory—while ensuring each transaction is executed flawlessly. By supervising credit assessments and structuring complex facilities, you will contribute directly to the organisation’s profitability. Your expertise will also be crucial in monitoring loan portfolios for compliance and performance issues. Your background should include hands-on involvement in credit evaluation processes as well as exposure to investment banking transactions such as capital raising or M&A advisory work. * Deep expertise in credit risk management including evaluating proposals, structuring facilities, monitoring portfolios for compliance issues, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
* Advanced skills in financial analysis enabling you to assess complex transactions such as capital raises or mergers & acquisitions from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives.
* Proven ability to develop strong client relationships through effective communication skills combined with an empathetic approach that fosters trust over time.
* Experience managing investment banking activities including debt/equity capital markets transactions as well as advisory assignments involving valuations or restructurings.
* A collaborative mindset that enables you to work effectively across teams while promoting accountability among direct reports through supportive leadership practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management abilities allowing you to represent the organisation confidently during external engagements or internal strategy sessions.
