* Facilitate capital-raising initiatives by exploring debt capital markets, private credit options, and other suitable financing structures aligned with strategic objectives.
* Identify and assess alternative funding sources that may enable the company’s expansion plans and assist in achieving its long-term ambitions.
* Prepare comprehensive investor presentations, financial updates, business performance reports, and materials for meetings with current and prospective investors.
* Convey complex financial performance data, growth strategies, capital requirements, and business outlook with clarity to external stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with internal finance, treasury, strategy teams as well as senior management to ensure alignment on funding requirements and investor engagement activities.
* Monitor developments within debt capital markets including investor sentiment, financing trends, and emerging funding opportunities pertinent to the organisation.
* Assist in evaluating financing proposals from investors or lenders by analysing terms and capital-raising opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Maintain an active pipeline of prospective investors and funding partners through consistent engagement and relationship development efforts.
* Ensure all investor communications and fundraising activities adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

The ideal candidate for Team Head Institutional Banking possesses extensive experience in institutional banking or investor relations complemented by profound knowledge of debt financing instruments. Your background includes successful engagement with institutional investors or private equity firms where you have supported significant financing transactions. You bring advanced analytical skills refined through academic achievement (preferably at postgraduate level) alongside practical expertise in financial modelling. Your ability to prepare persuasive presentations ensures clear communication of business performance updates externally.
