What you'll do:
As Head of Investor Relations, you will be entrusted with orchestrating all aspects of investor communications while serving as a trusted advisor to senior management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategies that articulate the organisation’s value proposition clearly to the market; managing critical touchpoints with external stakeholders; preparing impactful communications such as earnings reports and investor presentations; gathering essential market intelligence; monitoring industry trends; organising key events like roadshows; collaborating across departments for unified messaging; providing feedback from investors to guide executive decisions; and supporting capital raising activities. * Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company’s overarching financial and business objectives.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all investor-related matters, engaging regularly with credit rating agencies, institutional investors, equity analysts, creditors, and correspondent banking partners to foster strong relationships.
* Prepare and manage quarterly and annual earnings communications, including detailed investor presentations, press releases, and regulatory disclosures to ensure full compliance with industry standards.
* Gather timely business information, financial insights, and market intelligence from both internal sources and external environments to inform stakeholders effectively.
* Monitor financial markets and industry trends continuously to assess their potential impact on investor sentiment as well as the company’s competitive positioning.
* Organise and lead high-profile investor meetings, roadshows, conference calls, and annual shareholder events aimed at promoting understanding of the company’s performance and strategic direction.
* Collaborate closely with Corporate Planning, Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all reporting channels.
* Provide actionable feedback from the investment community to senior leadership to help shape future strategic initiatives and refine communication priorities.
