Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to driving sustainable growth.

* Lead the annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units and support groups to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct business performance analyses to generate actionable recommendations for senior management.
* Monitor and analyse key financial and operational performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency.
* Prepare detailed management reports, executive presentations, and board materials that support strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
* Partner closely with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, assess business initiatives, analyse product profitability, and review investment cases.
* Drive variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets while recommending appropriate corrective actions.
* Support enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives including long-term planning, capital allocation strategies, and cost optimisation efforts.
* Enhance FP&A processes by improving reporting frameworks and financial management tools through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
