What you'll do:


As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in shaping the daily experiences of financial advisors by coordinating impactful onboarding programmes, developing engagement strategies that foster loyalty, and tracking performance metrics to celebrate progress. Your days will be filled with organising memorable events—ranging from interactive workshops to high-energy recognition ceremonies—while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. * Coordinate onboarding and activation programmes tailored for new financial advisors, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
* Develop and implement thoughtful engagement strategies aimed at boosting advisor productivity while fostering long-term retention within the team.
* Monitor advisor performance metrics closely and provide regular updates to sales leadership to inform decision-making and recognise achievements.
* Organise and manage both internal and external events such as roadshows, training workshops, recognition programmes, and client engagement activities that bring people together.
* Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to guarantee seamless event delivery that exceeds expectations every time.
* Prepare comprehensive event materials, engaging presentations, and insightful post-event reports to capture successes and areas for improvement.
* Assist in the preparation of detailed sales reports, visually appealing presentations, and effective marketing materials that support business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of advisor activities, event attendance, and campaign results to ensure transparency and accountability across all initiatives.
* Support the sales team with logistical arrangements and administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.


What you bring:


To excel as a Sales Support Specialist, you will bring not only relevant academic qualifications but also hands-on experience supporting sales teams or coordinating events—preferably within the insurance industry. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you communicate clearly with advisors, vendors, and internal partners alike.
